Toxics and detoxification of the body

Toxics

According to national statistics within the US, the number of those who are overweight or obese continues to rise. Currently, about 65% of the US population is overweight, 19% of which are children between the ages of 5-11. As a note, only 2-3 decades ago, only 4% of children within that age range were overweight.  Despite advances in medicine and technology, conditions associated with obesity have also been increasing. More and more people are becoming overweight or obese and relying on prescription drugs – what is going on?

I have observed, along with a few researchers done internationally, that there might be a hidden cause to this obesity epidemic: TOXINS accumulating in the body. For over a decade, I’ve observed how difficult it can be for some to lose weight due the amount of toxins present in their bodies. This is basically the cause of the so-called “slow metabolism”, which is the primary reason for obesity and its related health conditions.

Since the 1970s, it has been known that the body will accumulate toxins in the fat cells of the body. In fact, if it is ever suspected that a person has been poisoned maliciously, a medical autopsy can be done to collect fat and determine what poison was ingested.

There are several substances that the body considers toxic such as dyes, preservatives, heavy metals (mercury, lead, etc), pesticides, herbicides and solvents. It is estimated that humans have created more than 40,000 chemicals that are toxic to the body.

As if this were not enough, there are also parasitic organisms in the human body that produce their own toxins, such as the candida ablicansfugus, which is present in all humans. This fungus produces 78 different toxins within the body.

People who are overweight or obese often suffer from severely itchy skin that tends to occur more frequently at night than during the day. This occurrence just so happens to be one of the more common symptoms of the candida albicans fungus. As toxins almost exclusively accumulate in the body’s fat, the only real solution is to lose weight. When the fatty tissue is broken down, these toxins are released into the blood stream. This is why it is VITAL to drink enough water while you are losing weight so as to ensure that these toxins actually exit the body. This is a big reason why allergies, migraines and even sinusitis reduce or go away when someone begins to lose weight.

One way to detoxify the body is to have a diet that is low in refined carbohydrates (bread, rice, sugar, soda, etc), such as with the 2×1 Diet that I recommend in my book, “The Power of Your Metabolism”. In conjunction, you should also make sure to drink a large amount of water (not soda, diet soda, or juices – just plain water). Doing this will start to “detox” the body by breaking down the amount of fat within the body and thus, getting rid of the toxins that were once stored in that fat. Exercise will also help eliminate these toxins from the body.

There are also natural herbs like the adaptogenRhododendron Caucasicum, which is included in the RelaxSlim Supplementthat can help remove heavy metals (mercury, lead) and other poisons from the body.

The detoxifying effect that comes about by reducing the amount of fat within the body goes to show that anyone who loses weight is also reducing or eliminating what causes their allergies, migraines and sinus infections, thus improving not only their figure, but their health.
